Qualification –  Graduate

Purpose of the Role – To provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the company

Your responsibilities would include-

  1. To be proactive in managing day to day adminactivities related to office upkeeping, security andoperations
  2. To manage the office stocks
  3. To be responsible for office asset management system
  4. To prepare regular reports, office expense summary
  5. To maintain and implement annual maintenance of allinfrastructure (equipment and office space)
  6. To liaison with various Government & semi-governmentdepartments and ensure fulfillment of statutory compliances
  7. To independently handle all office coordination workand other office requirements
  8. To undertake logistics for meetings and training programs
  9. To ensure proper upkeep, housekeeping, repairs,maintenance of all office equipments / assets, theoffice premises, stationery, dispatch management andto be responsible for the supervision of the same
  10. To procure cost effective vendors for various services /equipments required and maintain cordial relationships with them
  11. To plan, coordinate and execute employee initiatives
  12. To work closely with accounts and finance to support attendance maintenance for payroll
  13. To coordinate with various departments for smooth exit management of an employee
  14. To overlook all aspects of administration at all times
  15. To carry out additional duties and responsibilities asrequired from time to time



Prior Experience

Mature candidate with 8+ years in managing Admin or HR or both for 80+ employees

  3. Ability to anticipant company’s administrative needs
  4. Strong problem-solving skills
  5. Confident, Trust worthy

Role specific technical skills

  1. Proficient in MS Office
  2. Knowledge of administrative related compliance laws/policies

Location –  Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Salary – 3.5 to4.5 lakhs per annum.

Working Days –  Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM
