Qualification –  Graduate

Purpose of the Role – To develop and service new client relationships for Jasras

Your responsibilities would include-

  1. To prepare and implement quarterly plans and strategy for achieving sales targets
  2. To generate new business leads for the company using techniques such as cold calling & pitching, attending conferences and events, ensuring top of the mind recall with existing clients or attending to incoming inquiries
  3. To service existing clients to develop scope for repeat business
  4. To ensure innovative-customised solutions are delivered to each client
  5. To be proactive in learning about new or potential business projects
  6. To work closely with the client servicing team to develop estimates and proposals for potential clients
  7. To actively participate in overseeing the client servicing team for implementation
  8. To undertake logistics for meetings and training programs
  9. To oversee the production team and the finance team to ensure smooth delivery of the project
  10. To ensure that committed project finances are recovered in due time
  11. To responsibly follow all systems and processes
  12. To carry out additional duties and responsibilities as required from time to time


Graduate / Post Graduate in management

Prior Experience

Candidate with 5+ years in sales or business development role

Location –  Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Salary – 6 lakhs per annum

Salary – Applicable upon delivering 10X of annual CTC. It is common to take home incentives which are over 2 or 3 times of the annual ctc for star performers.

Others – Candidate should be aggressive to achieve results and should always be available to clients and for internal coordination. The role involves local and sometimes travel within India.
